Wing Vendors

Interested in participating? Registration will not be approved until both the application and vendor fee have been received.


Application Checklist

  • Vendor Application (Page 6 of the Packet)
  • Vendor Release & Liability Waiver (Pages 7 & 8 of the Packet)
  • $100 non-refundable Participation Fee
  • Copy of businesses food service license, or application for a temporary license from the Health Dept. Application available here.
  • Proof of liability insurance of at least $500,000.00

All of the above items must be complete to reserve your spot at The 12th Annual Tri-State Wing-Off & Music Festival. Please remember that vendor spots are first-come, first-serve and will be limited to 1 fryer (we only have that many fryers, so there is no flexibility in vendor participation numbers). You may sign up for a wait list in the event a supplier withdrawals or unable to comply with health department regulations.
