WING VENDORS:
Interested in participating?
This page is for our vendors to submit their paperwork and pay their deposit fee.
Registration is not considered complete until all portions of the application are received.
Application Checklist:
- Vendor Application (Page 6 of the Packet)
- Vendor Release & Liability Waiver (Pages 7 & 8 of the Packet)
- $100 non-refundable participation fee
- Copy of businesses food service license, or application for a temporary license from the Health Dept. Application available HERE.
- Proof of liability insurance of at least $500,000.00
ALL of the above items must be complete to reserve your spot at the 11th Annual Wing-Off & Music Festival.
Please remember that vendor spots are first come, first served, and will be limited to 1 fryer.
(We only have that many fryers, so there is NO flexibility in vendor participation numbers.)

Vendor openings are limited and will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. You may sign up for a wait list in the event a supplier withdrawals or unable to comply with health department regulations.
