Wing-Off Camping!

Returning to the 2023 Thomas Automotive Wing-Off & Music Festival, guests will have the ability to stay in a safe, family friendly environment on site!  In our new location at the Allegany County Fairgrounds, we will have two different camping options to offer, guaranteed to maximize your Wing-Off experience and overall visit to Allegany County.  Camper check-in time will take place on Friday, June 17th between the hours of 12:00pm and 8:00pm.  If arrangements need to be made outside of those hours, please send an email to tristatewingoffcamping1@gmail.com.  Campers must exit the premises by 3:00pm on Sunday, June 19th.

Each Camp Pass will include 4 wristbands and 1 parking pass for the campground area.  You will be able to purchase an additional 2 more wristbands ($10/ea) and 1 parking pass ($20) per campsite upon purchase.  Camp passes DO NOT include admission to the Wing-Off.  Campers will have the ability to extend their stay from Friday, June 17th to Sunday, June 19th, and have freedom to enter and leave the festival as they please.

But the fun won’t end there!  To show our appreciation of your support, campers will also be treated with a camper-exclusive pre wing-off party, free of charge with guest performers and local musical talent that will begin at approximately 9:30pm Friday night.

All campsites are a short walk to the festival grounds and will be available while supplies last so DON’T WAIT!  Get your site, along with your early bird ticket beginning Friday, March 31st and guarantee yourself a great weekend!

Tent Camping – $85/Pass (2-Nights)

Tent Camp

Located only a few steps from the festival is the tent campground area.  Enjoy the scenic view of the appalachian mountains or take a short walk to the river in between bands, this area will be ideal for your Wing-Off experience.

Each Tent Camping pass will be good for 2 (two) tents or 1 (one) pop-up camper, 4 (four) adult campground passes and 1 (one) vehicle parking permit.  Children ages 12 and under will be no extra charge.  Canopies do not count as a “tent”

Each pass will allow campers the opportunity to mark their own 20’x40′ plot for their group to occupy from check-in on June 16th until checkout on June 18th.  There will be open flames permitted on the grounds but all fires MUST be enclosed within a fire ring.  Port-a-pots and bathhouses (with showers) will also be on site.  Alcohol will be permitted on the camping premises but will be prohibited inside the festival grounds.

There will be no electric, water or sewer hook-ups in this area.

RV Camping

Conveniently located just steps from the festival grounds, we give you the ultimate wing-off experience!  Our RV/Camper passes offer guests the opportunity to purchase full hook-up lots (Electric (30A)/Water/Sewer) or Electric/Water lots for the entire weekend.

Each pass will be good for 1 (one) camper or RV, 4 (four) adult campground passes and 1 (one) vehicle parking permit.  Children will be no extra charge.

Each campsite is approximately 20’x45′ and will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis and at the discretion of the parking attendants.  Campers will have the ability to occupy the campground from check-in on June 16th til check-out on June 18th.  There will be open flames permitted on the grounds but all fires MUST be enclosed within a fire ring.  Port-a-pots and bathhouses (with showers) will also be on site.  Alcohol will be permitted on the camping premises but will be prohibited inside the festival grounds.

The Western Maryland Jaycees and its Volunteers will reserve the right to remove and revoke re-entry to the camping area and/or festival grounds to any persons not behaving appropriately.  We strive to keep our event a safe, clean, fun and family friendly atmosphere and will discipline those disturbing that motto accordingly.  Have fun, but do it in a safe, smart and respectful manner.
